This Week

Not much going on here. Raul went to school every day last week. He did two weeks of Bactrim for infections in his legs, and was sent home from school one day for diarrhea from the antibiotic. Then just a couple days after finishing the Bactrim he had to start Cipro. His foot got very swollen, red, and hot, so it was assumed that he had developed cellulitis in it. It cleared up within a few days of starting the Cipro, though he is still on a two week course of it. On Monday he and I both started having bad cold symptoms, so he has been home from school yesterday and today. He was having high fevers, and has a bad cough and runny nose. Hopefully we will get over our colds soon so he can get back to school!
